Artistic Director
A director and actress, Dina has been a member of the Drama Faculty at Bennington College in VT for the past 10 years. Dina has worked in collaboration with Philip Seymour Hoffman's Labyrinth Theatre Company in NYC as an actor and director for the past 5 years and also hosted their well-known Lab Intensive at Bennington College during the summers of 2005 – 2008. This intensive brought over 150 top theatre artists together for 2 weeks each summer for the purpose of developing new plays. Some of the artists that have participated in the past include Eric Bogosian, Sam Rockwell, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ellen Burstyn, Daphne Rubin Vega, John Patrick Shanley, Bob Glaudini, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Cusi Cram, Jose Rivera, Adam Rapp, among others. Dina is a lifetime member of the famed Actors Studio in NY, currently led by Ellen Burstyn, Al Pacino and Harvey Keitel. As a director she has worked extensively with new plays- including working with such well-known writers as Theresa Rebeck, Sherry Kramer, Stephen Adly Guirgis and George Plimpton.

Director of Production
Michael Giannitti (Director of Production) has extensive professional experience as a lighting designer and educator. He designed lighting for the original Broadway production of August Wilson's play Joe Turner's Come and Gone, as well as for the pre-Broadway resident theatre tour, which included Arena Stage, Seattle Rep, Huntington and Old Globe Theatres. He has designed extensively at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey where he is an associate artist, Trinity Rep, Capital Rep, Shakespeare & Company, Weston Playhouse Theatre Company and The Studio Theatre in Washington, where he is resident lighting designer and has designed over 30 productions. He's also designed for Portland Stage Company, Virginia Stage, Indiana Rep, George Street Playhouse, Jomandi, Yale Rep, Olney and other theatres. New York dance lighting credits include Dance Theatre Workshop, Danspace Project, The Joyce, The Kitchen, and P.S. 122. Additional regional venues include the Spoleto Festival, Walker Art Center, Hopkins Center, Flynn Theatre and Bates Dance Festival. Mr. Giannitti has been on the faculty at Bennington College since 1992 where he also is the production manager. As a Fulbright Senior Specialist Grant recipient, he taught at the National University of Art, Theatre and Cinema in Bucharest, Romania, and at Toi Whakkari: The New Zealand Drama School.
